TRUST Act Now - Interfaith Day of Action

Our many religious, spiritual, and ethical traditions teach us that we have a moral imperative to welcome the stranger, provide for those in need, and protect the vulnerable in our communities.
That’s where we’re inviting faith leaders and all people of conscience to join us at the CT State Capitol, for a Faith Day of Action at the Capitol Building to talk with legislators about why they MUST protect our immigrant communities and pass a strengthened TRUST Act.
The TRUST Act (HB 7212) is a bill that would protect our CT immigrant community from ICE abductions and protect CT local resources from being used to further mass deportations.
The Trust Act will send a strong message that Connecticut protects the safety and humanity of all its residents, regardless of immigration status.
