CT Must Defend And Extend HUSKY Coverage For Immigrants!
Join us for any of our upcoming “Community Visibility Days” at the Capitol Building and urge our legislators to stand on the right side of history. During those days, we’re inviting supporters, allies, and personally impacted individuals to join us at the Capitol Building to talk with legislators about why they MUST prioritize health equity and NOT put politics over the health of our community.
What are we demanding from CT elected officials?

Protect our progress and maintain HUSKY Medicaid coverage for children age 15 and under, and pregnant individuals.

Raise the age for HUSKY eligibility for immigrants up to age 26.

Pass a strengethed TRUST Act to protect the personal data of immigrant community members who trusted the state of CT with their personal information when applying for HUSKY medicaid
