<p>United Action CT and ACLU People Power will be hosting Mental Health and the Immigrant Community at the New Britain Public Library on Saturday, February 16 at 1:00 pm.</p> <p>Often times mental health is a topic that the immigrant community doesn't talk about or has a negative connotation towards it.</p> <p>Now more than ever it's important to have these types of conversations. We shouldn't have to wait for a mental breakdown to happen to change the way we view this topic. Come join us in this event to learn more.</p> <p>We will talk about:<br />Stress, Anxiety and Depression and ways to identify, manage and overcome them.</p>
