<p>Tuesday, August 14th is primary election day in the State of Connecticut. Please make sure that you fulfill your duty as an American citizen and resident of Connecticut by exercising your right to vote.</p> <p>United Action advocates for social justice and we urge you to consider candidates that are committed to social justice causes, such as improving our health care system, respecting the rights of undocumented immigrants, advocating for mental health awareness as well as other causes. </p> <p>Remember to vote on August 14th. The deadline to register to vote in the primary is August 9th.</p>
