Immigration Information Session; "How to Deal with Stress"

United Action CT is co-sponsoring an event with ACLU Power People on Saturday, November 16. The event is titled "How to Deal with Stress" and is focused on how the threat of detention and deportation can effect the mental health of undocumented immigrants that must deal with this on a daily basis. The information session will give attendants suggestions on how best to deal with this stress and offer alternatives to professional care.
The event will be held at the New Britain Public Library, 20 High Street, New Britain CT and begins at 1:00 pm.
